This evaluation includes assessing functional strength, flexibility, posture, previous medical history, and cardiovascular status. This allows us to determine your current physical fitness level, and set goals to reach your optimum health. The Personal Fitness Evaluation utilizes a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and specific evaluation of every joint and major muscle group of your body. After identifying areas of weakness or limited flexibility, a specific fitness program based on your needs and goals is designed for you.
